  • Most of our product are shipped directly from our production facilities, settled in Bao an Zone, Shen Zhen City, P. R. China.Once your product is released form production, it is packed into a suitable shipping package and shipped to the destination country, directly to your hands, at the specified shipping address placed in your order.

  • We ship through Fedex International Air Express. Being an international shipping, it is carried out by a courier that can assume a quick, and most importantly, a safe service. Shipping time varies according to each destination country. Distance and service are reflected in the final shipping price. We reserve the right to change the requested method of shipping if a more suitable method is available.

  • If you have any doubts, please contact our Customer Care Department to "customservice@alef-design.com"

  • - Many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment. These costs are your responsibility. Contact your country's customs office for specific details.

  • - Once the package has been shipped, any change in shipping address will have an additional cost of USD $5.

  • Upon request and at will, Alef Design may either refund or credit to the applicable invoice only the transportation charges if delivery of a shipment is made after the applicable delivery commitment time. The shipping Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the following limitations:

  • A: Where Customs or other regulatory agency clearances or verifications, at the origin or destination point, are delayed due to omissions in the shipper's documentation, Alef Design's delivery commitment time is modified by adding one business day for each day ( or portion thereof) that such clearances are delayed.

  • B: Any transit time published at Alef Design's website, or elsewhere or quoted by Alef Design's Customer Service, is only an estimate and is not a stated delivery commitment time.

  • C: A service failure will not be deemed to have occurred if within 30 calendar days after the shipper notifies Alef Design, Alef Design can provide the shipper with (1) proof of timely delivery, consisting of the date and time of delivery and name of the person who signed for the shipment; or (2) service exception information reflecting that the failure to timely deliver resulted from circumstances described in "Liabilities not Assumed" ( detailed at the end of this program).

  • D: A refund or credit will not be given for shipments delayed due to incorrect address or to the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery or sign for the package or due to any of the causes described in "Liabilities not Assumed" ( detailed at the end of this program).

  • E: The shipping Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to undeliverable or returned shipments.

  • F: The shipping Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to delays in delivery caused by adherence to courier's policies regarding the payment of duties and taxes prior to Customs clearance or at delivery.

  • Liabilities Not Assumed: In any event, Alef Design won't be liable for any damage, loss or delay caused by events we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including Customs and health officials) with actual or apparent authority.
